I welcome legal matters relating to Estate Planning and Residential Real Estate.
In matters of Estate Planning, I am available to provide affordable, confidential counsel and guidance for general Estate Planning, including Wills, Trusts, Declarations of Homestead, Health Care Proxies, Durable Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills (also known as "Advance Directives"). Creating an "estate plan" is not as time consuming or expensive as you may think! Yet, it is so important to have these documents set up -- especially if you have a child/ren -- in order to make sure that your family is taken care of and your wishes are followed regarding who would raise your child/ren if necessary. The best course of action is for us to sit down and have a discussion about your needs and intentions in order to determine what will work best for you and your family. In Residential Real Estate, I am available to assist the Buyer or Seller as closing attorney, including reviewing the Offer to Purchase, drafting and negotiating the Purchase and Sale Agreement, tracking all relevant dates, preparing the deed and other documents as needed, explaining the process, and assisting with the actual closing. Whether it is the first home you are buying or selling, or you are an experienced purchaser or seller, my goal is to provide cost-effective representation while successfully helping you through the process of buying or selling a home, which can be overwhelming. I go "above and beyond" to make sure my clients are satisfied and feel positively about the experience, process and result. |
